Hi Experts,

I have a situation where I get an Inbound IDOC(SHPCON) which sets some fields in the Outbound Delivery like POD Indicator , VBUK-WBSTK to C and VTRKH-TRKSTAD as well.

We have created VOFM routine and it is successfully created an entry in the menubar Like below.

VL03N -> Extras -> Delivery Output -> Header.

but the problem is We can not see a entry in NAST table, which is our issue.

Request to please help in the situation how we can go ahead to Process the Custom Output type to be triggered.

Thanks in Advance.

Gaurav

First of all, not sure whether you have already zee output or not. Moreover, it is not clear what data you were expecting in NAST table when SHPCON is processed. If you are a functional consultant, then you should be knowing that all output types can be created in NACE and condition record to be maintained in VV21.

Hi lakshmipathi,

I am a ABAP developer and trying to get rid of the current issue by own.

we receive an incoming IDOC it may be SHPCON and or STPOD.

We can see the Entry in vl03n but not in the NAST Table and this is our issue.

Once we go to Delivery in Vl02N and save , it triggers the NAST recird for our output type.

Hope this is clear.

Thanks,

Gaurav

Gaurav, I'm sorry but you need an SD specialist for this. There could be 1001 reason. It's not an ABAP issue and it's unreasonable to expect in a simple SCN answer to give you a full consultation on the output determination functionality.

I know because I've spent a couple of weeks on the respective chapters in my book (which I'm not going to advertise but it can be easily found, ahem 🙂 ). I believe it could be very beneficial for you since it provides simple explanations. But for a faster solution to this specific issue you really need to reach to an SD person or at least someone who knows well how output works.

Hi Jelena,

Thanks for your comments.

As I have an SD consultant for maintaining / Configuring the Output determination process.

As per his comments, he has copied the existing Output type and completed all the necessary settings.

I will check with him and see if any solution he proposes.

Thanks,

Gaurav
