I want to make mandatory for "PRPS-USR01" field

Dear All,

I want to make mandatory for "PRPS-USR01" field from CJ20N transaction.

If SAP_PRPS-usr01 is initial.

Message e000(ZMNR) with 'hai'.

endif.

In this user exit EXIT_SAPLCJWB_001. This above logic is working after you keep cursor in USR01. If you do not go to USR01, then it is not mandatory. You can still save it without any value in the field. If there is no entry, then it gives an error message and does not allow you to go out it , unless the field is filled from the drop-down list.

How can i made it mandatory??

pls guide me

Urgent.

Regards,

Karthik.

    HI,

you can ask your functional person to check from the configration the possibility of making this field mandatory.

Or you can make a transaction varaint using transaction 'SHD0' for this.

    Hi Karthik,

    In spro

Project Systems -> Structures->Work Break Down Structure->USER interface settings -> Define field selection for work break down structures-> Field Slection : WBS element.

In this you can select PRPS-USR01(Ufield 2 WBS element) as required.

    This will solve your problem.

Reqard points if it is solved your problem.

    Reagrds,

    Kiran I
