Customer Forecast with SOP

Hi,

I am trying to put in customer forecast by material and by customer into planning table under SOP. I know of a way using just by material but not sure how to input into planning table using both material and customers. Is there a way to do it?

    Hi Sue ,

    For this you need to add <u><b>Customer as a Location Charactristic</b></u> and the Material as product Charactristic (I think which you have taken).

    In the Selection Shuffler you can select all these charactristics. With the required Key figure(Input Enabled) for adding Customer Forecast in the Planning Table you can load the selection and for this specifc charactristic of Customer and Product, you can input the values of Forecast in the Key Figure.

      Hi Digs,

      Thanks for your input. But I am not sure how to do this. Where is the selection shuffler? How do I add the customer and material as characteristic? Is it using info structure (Btw, I am not sure how to use this also)? I am very new at SAP.
