No entries exist, double click for long text

Hi,

I created a z table with few fields. I then defined the technical settings and also the table maintenance generator also.

After activation, when I went to create new table entries for this table, I get the error message as No entries exist, double click for long text.

The long text displayed the following:-

No entries exist, double-click for long text

Message no. SV065

Diagnosis

No entries were found when importing data from the database.

Procedure

To create new entries, choose the function Edit -> New Entries.

To recover deleted data, you must first display it with the function

Select -> Display Deleted, and then discard changes with Ctrl. + F2 or

the "Discard Change" button.

Actually, when i checked the generated maintenance function group program, I saw that none of the fields which I defined in the tables were not available in the Element list and hence none of the fields were included.

Actually, I tried to delete the whole table including table mainintance and also the transport request entry. Inspite, of recreating them 3 to 4 times I am still not be able to create new entries.

Any help regarding this is highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Supriya.

Actually the problem existed because there was no primary keys assigned. I activated by selecting a field as primary key and it worked.
