anyone feel like elaborating this answer? i don't understand at least.

i get the same errors in our Q system when trying to open attachments added from sharepoint-sites. it works fine if the attachment is a plain text-file, but when adding word, excel, jpg, etc i get error when trying to open them again.

attachments added from local pc all works fine.

any suggestions? any ways to see what is actually stored in the documents attached? not sure if the problem here is really storing the document or reading it again, but assume it's the storing that causes the problem and it just shows when it's opened again.

regards

tom

Hi Rendane,

We are facing exactly the same problem when trying to open a PDF via SOST transaction. Will you please let me know if you have found a solution for this ?
