XML Form with NewsExplorer

I have a folder in KM with a form that I created with XML Form.

In my iView (KM Navigation) I'm using the <b>NewsExplorer</b> layout set.

When a user creates a new xml, another user has permission to<b> Edit</b> an <b>Delete</b> the form.

My question is: how I do so that options (edit and delete) appear alone for the author of xml?

Does anybody have an idea???

    Hello Lucas,

You control this on the KM side by modifying the KM folder's permissions. The users you want to enable to write to the folder, make sure they have Read/Write permission (this will not enable them to Delete... you must have Delete or Full Control to delete items from the folder). The rest of the non-authoring users, just set their permissions to Read so they can't modify the contents of the folder

However, if within this group of <i>authoring</i> users, you only want the original author of the document to be able to modify it later, you must write a custom repository service to dynamically change the permissions of the individual documents upon creation. Not sure if your requirement is this complex or not..

    Hope this helps,
