'No communication data' error when Action triggered


Hello Experts,

In the Service Order I have created a Alert Profile so tht a mail be sent to the Employee Responsile if the Order Status is not "Completed" by Requested End Date. Whn the Alert is triggered, the mail is not sent & the log displays an error stating "No communication data could be determined from address 10667 10666". I have maintained the email id for the User as well as the Employee BP.

Any clues about the same? May be the email id of the Employee Responsible has to be specified elsewhere too.
