Support Message body enhancement

Hello,

I'm trying to generate a support message that is ready to send to the service desk. This implies that in the messages body some questions will come as default instead of the blank body. I wanted to ask for your help on this issue because I don't know if this doable. If it is possible please tell me how to accomplish it.

Thank you all.

Diego Cousino.

    .. Hi!

    You use the Support Desk.

You enter messages via menu 'Help -> Create Support Message'.

Then you can be implemented using BAdI SBCOS001 like a note 832273.

To do this, you must create an implementation for the method PREPARE_FEEDBACK_BO and activate it.

Hope the above info could be helpful to you.

    Best Regards

This method writes in the support message before it is sent?? Because I want to make some questions appear in the support message when the user opens it.

      Thank You for your time.
