Hello,
I'm trying to generate a support message that is ready to send to the service desk. This implies that in the messages body some questions will come as default instead of the blank body. I wanted to ask for your help on this issue because I don't know if this doable. If it is possible please tell me how to accomplish it.

You use the Support Desk.
You enter messages via menu 'Help -> Create Support Message'.
Then you can be implemented using BAdI SBCOS001 like a note 832273.
To do this, you must create an implementation for the method PREPARE_FEEDBACK_BO and activate it.
