regarding abap-hr (form 16)

hi experts,

my company is facing problem on form 16...if we run pa-20 for a particular employee in proposed contribution field the data is coming but if execute form 16 the data is not coming. under 80ccc and 80ccd field...plz help me ..its urgent..

Hi ravi,

1. If u have just entered the data in pa20,

and directly opened the form 16 report, then it will not come.

2. First we have to run the salary,

then data will get saved in salary tables,

and only after that,

form 16 will pick up the value and show.

Hi Ravi,

Open the payroll results of the employee and see if nodes like S80 and S88 are coming in payroll cluster RT.Then only it will appear in Form 16.
