Error- Sales Document Type OR us not defined

Hi Folks,

We are intigrating SAP C4C system with SAP Ecc. When we try to trigger the price we are getting an error saying Sales Document Type OR is not defined. Please help.

Hi All:

We were able to find the solution. You need to map the C4C transaction type to Order transaction type "TA" which is German equivalent of OR.

Hi Ramakrishna,

Is this error coming from ECC? If yes, then could you please check if OR document type already configured in ECC.You can confirm this by creating a dummy sales order in ECC.

No this is the error that shows up in C4C when we trigger price.
