What function does a transction have

Hi,

Is there a table in SAP which tells me whether a transaction is a create, change or display function.

    just the transaction code or any other attribute of the transaction code object wont tell you whether its a create/change/ or diaplay transactions.

    and its diffcult to ascertain that because the various ways the underlying program can be coded.

    standard SAP transactions follow certain pattern.

    1 - create

    2 -change

    3 display

    VA01 - create

    VA02 change

    VA03 display

    hi,

    Transaction is a code for business task.it can be a combination of alphabetical

    and numerical characters.

    SE93 is transaction to create new transaction.
