want to learn XI, could you please suggest me hw to learn quick

Dear Friends,

i want to learn XI, could you please suggest me which books i have to follow to learn xi ASAP and what are the basic knowledge is required to learn netweaver XI.

i have good knowledge of ABAP, C++ ,SQL and General networking concepts.
