Reg MIGO Transaction

Hi All,

Can some body will explain briefly what's the exact purpose of 'MIGO' transaction as I am ABAP developer i need to know about this transaction purpose and what all we can do using this transcation in MM module since most of the ABAP work in MM is depends on this MIGO transaction.It's gr8 if Some body can give some link also for this 'migo' transaction documentaion.
