Hi Team,
Good to be back here to start all over again.
IDM 7.2 on MS SQL
I was setting up self service password reset in our project. I set up in Dev environment and it worked fine. Then I moved the config to QAS but when i open the link http://XXXXX:50000/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/tc~idm~wd~workflow/PwdReset
I get "Task 0 does not exist" screenshot attached.
To recap the activities I have done in QAS,
1) set up idm.anonymous role
2) linked password reset task to "Password policy" tab of IS
3) added "anonymous" to access control tab of password reset task
Please advice if you faced this issue and resolved. Thanks.

Hi Jai Suryan,
The problem could be due to transporting the package across landscape. We had the similar issue that the password reset form works in Dev environment but not in Test and Production.
We had checked the dependencies in package properties Test and Production systems and found that the object is incorrectly referenced.
We had created a copy of Password_Reset_Anonymous form newly in Test environment and linked the task ID to the 'Password Policy' of ID Store and it worked.
Thanks,
Hemaa

Hello,
I deleted the (transported) task and recreated from scratch in QAS and its working now.. 😄 But will keep it open to know possible causes?
regards
Jai
