Hi
We have recently upgraded and migrated our BW system and BOBJ to the different network (cloud provider)
We had few Analysis for office workbooks/ reports in our BOBJ environment connected to our BW system using BEx as a source.
Now since we migrated to new environment and network, our server IP address is changed and for that reason whenever we are trying to open the existing Analysis for Office workbook/report it throws us an error that ( partner "IP address" not reached) Error No 10061.
ERRNO TEXT WSAECONNREFUSED: Connection refused
The issue seems to be very obvios that old workbooks/reports were created in the using old BW/BOBJ platform which had different IP address but now since we migrated to the new environment we need to somehow change the IP address point to our new server.
I have already reconfigured/edit my OLAP connection and it is working fine for all other reports such as webi reports and dashboards except analysis for office.
We have also set up Java connector (JCO) in new BW
Can anyone please advise how do I point my connection to the new IP address for these existing workbooks which are still pointing to the old IP address showing in the error ( partner "IP address" not reached)
Will appreciate the help.
Regards
Hi Tammy
Thanks for your reply.
I dont have System Replacement option but I have managed to resolve this issue by deleting the old connection from the GUI and adding the new one and then deleting the cache.
Thanks
