How to Transaction Launch ECC tcodes VA01, VA02 (NWBC for Desktop view) on SAP CRM WebUI

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to transaction launch Sales Specific Tcodes like VA01, VA02 from SAP CRM web UI. However in the ECC system end users are using NWBC (desktop version), rather than GUI.

In order to provide them the same look and feel and user experience as they have in ECC, we decided to go by launching NWBC based transactions via CRM web UI (Interaction center role).

In the documentation for transaction launcher, we have ways to launch URLs or GUI based transactions, but nothing specific for launching NWBC based transactions.

We also looked at the option of launching URL for HTTP based NWBC client, but there are specific requirements to launch only NWBC desktop version from CRM web UI.

Please suggest some approach to solve this.
