Successfactors to C4C Integration using Hana Cloud Integration

Hi Experts ,

I am trying to identify the SAP best practice to integrate SAP Success Factors with C4C .

I wish to :

1. Transmit the new employee created in SF and trigger workflow to replicate the sane in C4C and simultaneously allocate permissions .

2. If roles for an employee is changed in Success Factors , I need to replicate the same in C4C , to modify the access rights

3. If an existing Employee leaves the org as noted in Success Factors, how to get a workflow triggered to revoke their access in C4C on the nominated end date.

My wish to know , are their any existing Iflows exclusive for SF in HCI that can be used or should it be scratch level development .

Also for the above scenerios, what protocol , business process and output is provided by SF to be captured in HCI .
