Service Request - Status Control

Dear All,

I have a business requirement where a service requests should not be closed when related child service requests (created via follow-up process) are open.

Is there any SAP standard way to achieve this?

Hi Ankush,

As far as I know , this is not a standard scenario. So, you need to develop a custom logic which you can do with minimal coding. Try to use the Business Transaction Events (BTE) or ORDER_SAVE BadI for meeting the requirement.
