Whats the difference between a Perspective customer and One time customer and under which scenario we will use which.

One time customer means to whom you service once or rarely.

For these the are account groups where in only the general data of the customer is stored instead of maintaining the bank data and other company code data that are relevant for other account groups which are useful for long run purposes. Also, customer-specific entries such as address and bank details are not entered until the document for the transaction is entered into the system.

One time customer can be the customers in say retail business being served over the counter.
