Activities After Implementation

Hi Kumar,

Typically after the implementation is done there is a support phase of say 3-4 weeks where any bugs or any additional development or tuning is done. The "after-implementation" phase may also involve end user training on how to create reports and how to use them.

After the above phase there would typically be a BW consultant or a team to carry out the Production Support and maintenance as there would be regular data uploads to the BW system.

Hi Kumar,

There are dif. stages will come after everything has implemented.

1.We have to test whether all are perfectly working or not.(For this we will check in qas,ppr also)

2.Now the final stage will come (Go live).This is the main stage while system is going for first time go live.

In this stage i suggest who is having good knowledge to maintain the system.Be coz when u r loading the data first time u will get of lot of issues based on the data.

Y becoz in implementation u will check based on dummy data.Now you have to work on main data with laks of records.
