System performance in DP module

When we open their planning book with basic data loading for sales representatives’ data view, we have to wait long. (more than 10 minutes only with sample CVCs)

<Sales Employee – Plant – Customer – Ship-to-party – Material – Distribution channel – Payment terms - Incoterms> is the planning level for sales representatives, so they have to open 6 or 7 characteristics on the planning book, which causes worse system performance.

How can I overcome the performance issue?

Apart from these considerations check Keyfigures in planning are not linked to infocube, If so everytime planning book loaded keyfigures read from infocube instead of planning area. Check this planning area config. Usually sales history, price etc have this kind of setup.
