Hi All,

Record value '12/25/20' of characterstics 0DATE is not a number with space.

what is meaning for it , what should be changed to correct this error.

Hi Shan,

You can also do this in the transfer rules using a conversion routine. Goto transfer rules -> Transfer str/Data structure -> for the date field -> select the conversion "PDATE" and then try the load.

Hi Shan,

I guess you are trying to load using a flatfile. if so, then change the date format to YYYYMMDD and then retry the load.

I am working on a upgrade , i am using a file which has been used in production in my previous version . So without adjusting the file , how can i do it and i have around thousand records in the file .

your date is missing with the year value. it should be YYYY

the format should be YYYYMMDD.
