BO IDT - Retrieve a Universe from a Repository - Finish button greyed out (inactive)

I am trying to retrieve a universe from a repository with IDT from a BI platform. I opened the session successfully and when I chose (highlighted) the universe that I want to retrieve the Finish button on dialog screen is still greyed out (inactive) so I am not able to complete the process. Even after that Cancel button doesn't work anymore! But I am able to retrieve a universe with IDT from a different BI platform. Any ideas, any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

BI Platform: BusinessObjects 4.1 SP7

IDT: 4.1 SP7 Build 14.1.7.1853

It's all about user rights. My co-worker cameron.ezell gave me the solution, thanks. There is an SAP Note 1916649 - Information Design Tool session terminated right after login for certain users .
