Selecting Specific elements from Text Elements - Web Reporting

Hi,

I would like to pick items from the text elements in my web report.

Essentially - Query Name, Status of Data, Last Refreshed Date, Current User.

And also i need to put Variables, Filters, and the above specified fields in seperate individual boxes

How do i restrict it in the web template ?
