Deletion of IT0019 task type upon deletion of separation action

Dear All,

I have requirement to auto delete "resignation date" maintained in IT0019 when ever separation action is deleted via Pa30 by the user.

I am aware about maintenance of It0019 upon a action but not sure how to cater this requirement via dynamic action.

Also, is there any other way in which should be handled.
