    Prashanth,

    There are two kinds of implemntation scenarios.

    1) Life-cycle or end-to-end implementation: Which has different cycles like planning, design, build & unit test , Integrated test, training and go-live.

    2) post implementation : is making changes to the existing implementation. Can also be considered as support project. In this case, you do changes required like writing new reports for business needs, make use of user exits or BADI's to enhance standard objects and so on...but mostly you will be dealing with problems occured in the implementation rather than new changes.

    This is a brief idea on implementation scenario's.
