SAP Logon 640 Patch 22 Excel starts but disappears again

As for a few weeks I'm using the SAP Logon 640 Patch 22. I also executed the BW 700 Frontend Patch 1100. Now from the menu of BW/BI I'm starting tcode RRMX. Then Excel starts but fastly ends/disappears. Via the direct link to the Analyser ("C:\Program Files\SAP\FrontEnd\Bw\sapbex.xla") all works okay.

What do I have to do to have it work like a few weeks agoo.

    Additional info: I'm using Excel 2002 and of course marked Marcros as Trusted
