Selective deletion and copying of records for infocube

We have created a history cube for sales orders. When we execute the copy of records from the original cube to the info cube for a date range we have a count of records copied. When we execute the selective deletion for the data from the original cube for the same date selection we have a different count. has anyone had this occur in the copy and selective deletion?

    Hello John,

    I assume deletion number is higher, right? When you do deletion - you refer to deleted records in your source cube; when you do copy - you refer to a number of records that have been written into target cube I assume. You should check if you do any data transformation/aggregation on the way.
