Issue connecting to I-Series

Everyone,

I am currently having issues getting my crystal reports 11 to connect to my recently upgraded I-series V7R1. When i look on my business objects scheduler i am receiving the following error: Failed to retrieve data from the database. Details: [Database Vendor Code: -950 ]. Any input is greatly appreciated.

If "Database Vendor Code: -950" refers to SQL code -950, then the meaning is "Relational database <database name> not in relational database directory". You could check that using the IBM i command WRKRDBDIRE. There should be an entry with the database name and "*LOCAL" as remote location. If not, you can add such an entry using option 1 from the WRKRDBDIRE screen or the command ADDRDBDIRE.
