How Quality and Production will recieve data

Hi XI Experts,

Suppose, I have transferred data from R/3 Dev system to CRM Dev system through XI. Now I want to transfer same data from R3 qualty to CRM qualty and Prod systems.

Is there any request procedure to move from Dev to Q to Prod like ABAP or How they will move same data when we are transferring through XI.

please tell me.
