OSS is the SAP support Portal, where SAP releases patches, notes, and you can raise message to SAP for any specific problem of SAP.

SSCR - SAP Software Change Registration

For any changes to be done to the SAP standard programs, we have to register the objects or programs and get the Access key to change the program.

We can have a list of all the objects registered by you which helps to keep a track of SAP standarad programs changed by you.

Pls check the site http://service.sap.com for further details. for this you need an user id.

    Hope this helps you.
