Capturing the values of modified report output

Hi,

Initially,I am generating the Basic List(ALV) with the fields of Material,Description and Priority.

We have provided the future of modifying the Priority(editable) of the materials.

After changing the new priority(entered by user) from the old(report output) , I need to capture the changed(new) values to generate the secondary list.

Could you, provide me the guidance for this..
