Problem in LO Extractiion.

Dear All ,

As per the client requirement we moved the fields from Pool to Selection (in T-code LBWE), after moving the fields we runned the setup table and data is populated for the moved fields.

Before moving the fields it took around 6 to 8 hours to load the setup tables, after moving fields it is taking 2 days or it is taking upto the termination date. Moreover we could able to notice the short description for datasources are missing.

Right now the source system is ECC.5 and BI 7ver, please let me know how to minimize the time, tomorrow if we go to production system, we might face the same kind of suitation.

    Hi

    You can check in the montor screen what part of the upload....during transfer rule or...during update rule updation...or where the data loading consumes huge time...according to that we can optimize the load performance

    Check the selections for the Setuptables upload.

    if it has dataparameters make use of it..

    To improve the set up table performance you have fill the set up tables in parallel for different range of selections based on the application area you are working.

    To get data source description, please activate the respective data source in RSA5.
