How do I get around the audit log issue which are pretty unreliable? My IDM updates the user, delete all the roles, and assign required roles back, the changes reflects as IDM standard user did the change, this is problem with audit since we can't trace who made the change.

Is there a way where we can just make the incremental changes to the users, and I can see who was the actual user made the change.

Hi Pushkar,

First off, if you're having issues with the audit log, make recommendations over at the idea place. As a matter of fact, I just did. :)

Secondly, you can always introduce extra logging. Just add an additional pass to update your own audit log, or create a script to add into your assignment pass that inserts an entry to the log file.

IDM can pretty much do whatever you want, it is just a matter of working it through...
