upgrade SM3.2 to SM4.0

IN phase RUN_RSPTBFIL_DEST I've got following error

PUTTB_SHD destination filling ERRORS and RETURN CODE in RSPTBDST.KSP

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

There is no Notes about this problem and I can't ignore it.

What shall I do??

    Yes I tried. But I found note about this problem. This problem uccured with SAPKW version 11 and SAP informs that this problem will be resolve with version 12 than It is not allowed to upgrade with version 11 so I've restared upgrade with version KW 10. I am very glad that this is only test upgrade before real upgrade

    I think it should be like you said. There are only information about minimum level of support packages in notes. Yesterday I finished upgrade without unexpected supresises.
