modify and paste options are not coming in webi 4.1

Hi ,

I have a issue where modify and paste options are not coming in webi 4.1 for a user as he is able to create new report . In his user security i can see he have modify and Paste access but he is not able to do on infoview .

Version : SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 Support Pack 4

CMC->Right click on the report folder->user security->select the group->assign security->advance->add/remove rights->contents->web intelligence-> grant "Edit Query" rights and see.
