Locking of User ID

Former Member

Dear all,

I am using the ID "XISUPER" in both XI-DEV & in XI-PRD. But whenever I use this ID after more than 1 day then the ID gets locked automatically in both the servers.

I have checked the services but no where I found ID "XISUPER" being used. Also, no-body else is using this ID except for me.

Please tell what may be the problem as every next day I have to get it unlocked from Basis.

Warm Regards,

Nishu

Synchronise the passwords in your exchange profile and ABAP stack and also check the user is not used in any RFC destinations or in any HTTP destinations which might have caused this error.

Hi,

Please check the case of password of XISUPER.

Many SPs can not distinguish between uppercase and lowercase.

So check that u r giving same case evrywhere.

Thanks.

Hi,

They might used XI Super in some RFC destinations, & a wrong password might have been given in the logon data.

When this RFC destination is used, then that particular user will locked.

check if XISUPER is used any of the RFC destinations & give the correct password

check if RFC destination is working fine.

Kindly reward points, if it solves your problem

Nishu,

Check all the RFC destinations where u have used XISUPER as the user.

Also check in visual Admin Service SLD Data Supplier. In HTTP settings u would have used XISUPER as user.
