i Created a new client .
What is the passwrod used to login to the client
PAssword for SAp* as pass is not working
Pls help me how to proceed
Thanks in Advance
If the profile paramter login/no_automatic_user_sapstar
is set on your system you will have to first reset it
If you have done a client copy on your newly created client that use the SAP* password of you source client
If nothing works go to the database and delete SAP* from usr02 when mandt is your client, this will enable the login of SAP* with pass

Hi Balaji,
first execute RZ10 and select the instance profile in "exteneded maintaince" mode. then edit and add this parameter "login/no_automatic_user_sapstar" and set the value to "0" to activate this.
then execute the following query @ SQL prompt.
"delete from <HOSTNAME>.<SID>.<object_owner>.USR02 where BNAME='SAP*' and MANDT='100';" and after try loging with password "PASS" remember its case sensitive.
hope this will help you!
with BR,
Rajesh
