Configuration of IT Ticketing tool or Incidents

Dear Experts,

I got stuck in between while configuration of IT service Management in Solution Manager 7.2 SPS 2. My requirement is to configure ticketing Incidents for managed systems. Can anyone share me the basic flow or structure of this to move forward. Any document on same will be more helpful.

    Hello,

    I would add that you should probably upgrade your Solution Manager to the latest SP (4, or wait for 5 in 2 weeks).

    SPS2 is... difficult to handle.
