SAP should not allow to enter suppliers invoice date early than the purchase order date?

If my po date 2/5/2017 then while doing migo the material document date of migo should not allow the date if its before than the po creation date.(02/05/2017)....example..30/04/2017, 01/05/2017

this is standard design and you need to add your coding in a Badi to restrict this, see OSS note 1852583 - System allows the Invoice date to be earlier than Purchase order date
