how to insert an info object into an IOC

Hi

I have activated an business content info object but it is appearing under a different info object catologue . is there any possibility to get this info object under a desired IOC ie can i insert this object into another IOC as for the requirements

Hi Narasimha,

Welcome to SDN.

Select your IOC into which you want to insert the infoobject, double click on the IOC in the maintenance screen you find the structure and template in the second half of the screen, here in the template u will find your info object select it and transfer that object into the structure.

Once you find the object in the structure activate the IOC again.

That’s all

Assign points for usefull info.

Hi,

I beleive it is the same even for BI-7.

Though there are lot of improvements in BI-7 over the older version, the above mentioned process may be same.
