Problems with assigning employees to positions ppoma_crm

Hi all!

Got problems with C01_BB_ConfigGuide step 3.7.6 - Assigning employees to Positions.

Keep getting message: Object can not be assigned to object Sales Manager in the period 05.01.2007 - 31.12.9999.

Anyone got any ideas on how to solve it and/or what's wrong?
