JCO error

hey guys i m getting an RFC connection error in AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER and it says AI_RUNTIME_NXI not registered.

any idea what might help me to resolve this issue?

check whether there is a RFC destination called AI_JCO_RUNTIMESERVER in transaction code SM59 TCP/IP connections.

hey

no there is no AI_JCO_RUNTIMESERVER,i have AI_DIRECTORY_JCOSERVER and

AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER.

Sorry. Yea it is AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER.

Can you check these RFC destinations are working?

Hey

no neither AI_DIRECTORY_JCOSERVER nor AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER. are working and both are giving the same error (RFC destination error)

thats the problem. check whether they have right username/password.

if you fix these then it will work.

appreciate ur help,but i dont have authorization to change anything in JCO's,atleast i got my problem,now i can ask my admin to fix this thing,
