BUS2012-releasestepcreated event is triggering wo times

hi guys,

PO releasestepcreated event is triggering two times. so my workflow is also triggering two times,

pls why it is happening, how can i resolve the issue,

    is this a custom event, if yes, check the code where it is triggering.

    When are the events triggered, turn on the event trace to check if they occur simultaneously.

    Hi,

    Check out the event trace SWEL.

    Check whether triggering event for WS20000075 (wf_po_rel) is active?? if yes, then you will be getting two work items into your inbox whenever PR is approved, one from this workflow and another from WS20000077 (wf_req_rel_c).

    if that is the case deactivate the event linkage of WS20000075 via SWE2.

      hi guys,

      for PO: BUS2012 and FREBUS2012 are two objects are there.

      bus2012 is a super type and FREBUS2012 is a subtype of BUS2012.

      so event is triggering two times.

      Rob,

    Hi!

    Check OSS note 797775, we had the same problem. I got solved by setting implementing note. Be carefull. Its cross client customizing!

    You must have assigned the triggering event to workflow as well as task,just check it out.I faced the same problem long time back.

    Hi Sankar,

    Have you implemented the release strategy for PO.If so , check the release prerequisites , if the release prerequisites are missing it will create multiple workitems.
