PROGRAM ABORT

Hi .....

if i'm using brbackup command for doing a backup , can i use vrestore for restoring information?

I'm using this one and it appears:

patito:root:> /sbin/vrestore -vf /dev/nrmt0h -t > Julio1-lectura.txt

vrestore: unable to use save-set; invalid or corrupt format

  • PROGRAM ABORT **************

vrestore: can't obtain fileset attributes

do you know what is the problem here?

    why don't you use <b>brrestore</b>?? (you use brbackup....)

    Hi Daniela,

    You need to specify, same block size that you have used in vdump command. They need to match data block size, in order to avoid "vrestore: unable to use save-set; invalid or corrupt format" error.
