BPS Statistical Orders

Dear experts,

We required to planning on bps Statistical orders. But, can we retract the statistical order data using the standard retractors ? (CO-PA retractor)

Wich infocubre must we use on BW?

We dont understand still the concept of the need to planning statistical orders
