Error: Unable to find channel ID

Hello,

I have an scenario R/3 - XI - Mail in GEN, the same scenario was working perfectly in GED but after transporting it to GEN it does not work.

In the adapter monitoring I can see the following error: 'Unable to find channel ID'. Does anybody know the reason of this error?

Thanks in advanced,

Luis.

    Hi,

When communication channels are transported, the data for all these channels must be reentered(in the transported system).

Please recheck if you have carried this out properly.

    Regards,

    Smitha.

    - check if all directory objects are tranported to new landscape!

    - activate communication channel once more

    - refresh CPA cache

    Hi Luis,

the transport of com channels is a little problem. There are informations stored which are very individuell for the system (like an IP) becoz of that u should control and correct the transported channels.

    Regards,

    Udo
