Hello,
I created a Hana JDBC Connection in IDT 4.2. The connection test is successful.
If i try to create the data layer, I get on the connection the error:
SAP DBTech JDBC [591] internal error invalid query name JDBC_GET_SCHEMAS
How can I fix this?
Thanks
Andreas
Maybe assigning the `RESTRICTED_USER_JDBC_ACCESS` or `RESTRICTED_USER_ODBC_ACCESS` role might help you out.

in the connection under repository resources, if you cannot browse data on that tab then the issue is in the connection layer.
confirm you have the correct patches on BI 4.2 for the Hana version in the product availability matrix.
Is there any special security enabled?
Are the structures inserting a view or a table? Where are they being selected from?
Kindest Regards,
Jacqueline
