We are using SRM 5.0 in and extended classic scenario and are wanting to use the PCard as a method of payment.
I have set up the PCard master data and have maintained the business partner data with the PCard company information.
I've also created a local product category.
On creating a free text order and selecting the local product category and a the preferred vendor as per the business partner above, I get the PCard option visible in the Basic Data section of the cart.
On selecting the drop-down, the list appears to be blank.
Has anyone got any ideas as to why the PCard number isn't appearing on the drop-down?
Regards
Keith
I noticed you were able to get the Procurement card proces to work in SRM 5.0. How did you setup local product category and how did you manintain vendor master within SRM to allow the card to be a selectable option.
Thanks for your help.

Could be...
I'll check OSS to see if anything appears.
I'm not too hopeful though.
SAP don't seem to have developed this functionality any further since they bolted it together all those years ago.

I've discovered the reason behind me not being able to see the card in the drop-down..... Authorisations....
Section PCMAS_ACT (Authorization activity for procure) of Auth Object M_BBP_PC (Procurement card master data) must have and entry of 04 - Display List.
My role only had 03 - Display.

Just to confirm that PCards can be used as a payment method in the Extended Classic Scenario.
Apart from the general card master data that must be maintained, it is a local product category that determines whether the card is valid or not.
If you select the internal category and you are permitted to use a card, the drop-down list will be visible within the Basic Data section of the cart.
Obviously the vendor master within SRM must also have been maintained to allow the card to be a selectable option for requirements.
This scenario will also work within the Classic environment.
