Hi,
I am extracting master data from R/3 to BW 7.0 then whenever i am trying to right click on the datasrc & create transformation here i have entered the details object type as 0customer & say enter it is giving me the error
Source RSDS 0CUSTOMER_ATTR0000000200 does not exist Message no. RSTRAN803
what might be the problem,i have activated the datasrc in r/3& replicated datsrc in to BW but why still giving the problem
& whenever i am trying to install 0customer from business content it is giving me the error
Hi,
So when we want to create Transformations from DS the DS should be either Emulated one or a Migrated DS .
To Make the 3.x Data source as emulated one , you should have transfer rules for that 3.x DS.
To Migrate the DS from #.x version to New DS , right click on DS and select Migrate and then select " With Export" option so that you can restore the 3.x DataSource at a later time from migrated DS.

Its because you have replicated dasasources as NEW and not 3.x or emulated
To receive an active version of the emulated DataSource, you must assign the 3.x DataSource to a 3.x InfoSource. You must maintain the transfer rules and select "PSA" as the transfer method.
When you activate the transfer rules, the system generates the transfer structure and a PSA. Then, the 3.x DataSource is emulated and is available as an active version.
Alternatively, you can migrate the 3.x DataSource, that is, permanently convert it to the (new) DataSource (R3TR RSDS). After the activation, you can assign the DataSource directly to a transformation.
However, note that you can no longer use this DataSource to model a 3.x data flow with transfer rules.
Note 936644 - Emulated DataSource is not available as active version
Hope it Helps
